Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Deceased

My father passed away in MO. and did not have a will. He is survived by his wife, two sons and myself. My half brother closed my father's banking accounts before his death. My step-mother believes that she can deed the farms (MO) to her two son's from another marriage. The farm that she lives on at the current time was purchased by my father and mother. I am my father's oldest child. I do not live in Missouri.

Re: Deceased

It doesn't matter where you live; it matters where your father lived. You need to talk to a Missouri probate attorney in the county where he lived.
