deceased's individual estate vs. deceased's trust estate

My parents passed away recently within 8 months of each other.

Mom had $335,000 in medical bills due last illness that took her

My sister the administrator of the estate plans on debiting the $87,000 left in the trust estate first before she debits the individual estate

that would leave me and my mentally ill brother with nothing

thank you

my sister was sole beneficiary to the individual estate

Unless your sister is the trustee for the assests held in trust, she does not have any control over the trust assets. You need to contact an attorney and discuss this matter in further detail.
