Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
if someone has a deed to a house that has 4 names on it ( the kids . At the end to settle will it be cheaper with only two of the kids names on it. I been told instead of 4, two is cheaper. I am wondering if this could be a scam to get someone name off the deed so they will not get anything with this person dies

Cheaper for whom? Yes, for the two listed on the deed, if they are the intended recipients of the property. No, if your the two not listed, but were supposed to benefit.
Good luck
