Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
How to deposit a check that says estate of XXXXXX, C/O XXXX (who is the affiant)? There is no estate bank account.

If there is no estate account, it may be foolish to deposit into any other account. Presumably, the c/o person is the Personal Representative of the decedent's Estate, or the sole heir. That person is liable to any other heirs or devises for what they do with the check, or the funds.
