Does divorce automatically dissolve living trust?

I was divorced in 2007, in Missouri. I bought out my ex's interest in our vacation home, which was in our living trust, and he signed quit claim deed on the property & I filed it in the county of ownership. Now I'm selling it and title co. says that the divorce did not terminate the trust and I need to get another quit claim from my ex that shows the property moving from the trust to me as an individual. I thought the divorce automatically terminated the trust.

The title company is correct. Did you have an attorney represent you in the divorce? Perhaps you should consult with that attorney.
