Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

durable power of attorney

My mother's durable power of attorney was signed 15 years ago while my father, listed as her agent, was still alive. My brother and I were named as first and secon agents. My father has since died and my mother has remarried. IS this document still valid or does her current husband now serve as her agent?

Re: durable power of attorney

The original durable power of attorney is still effective unless your mother executed a new one or revoked the old one.
