Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

What happens to the estate of a person when that person dies without completely a will? My mother recently passed away the only thing in conflict is the house she left. My mother verbal wishes were to place the house in all her childrens name, so we can own the house together. My sister I think my have worked something out will my mother in her final days to take over the house. If this is true I wanted to know was their anything I could do to help enforce my mother's verbal wishes of communal ownership.

It would appear that a Probate estate must be opened to deal with real property that your Mother owned in her own name at the time of her death. I would strongly suggest consulting with an attorney who practices Probate law in the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Good luck.
