Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
Executor not abiding by deceased wishes
My Dad's sister is the executor of his will. I have a copy of the will. It says I am the benefeciary of the house (which my kids and I lived in with my Dad) and all furnishings. I couldn't handle the harrasment from her so I moved out. The house is now unoccupied. She has now changed the locks and will not allow me back in to retrieve the rest of my personal belongings. She has also taken some of my personal belongings. Do I have the right to enter the house to at least get my belongings. Please advise what my options are. Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Executor not abiding by deceased wishes
You may want to hire an attorney to represent you in the probate case and also to possibly take legal action against your dad's sister for taking your personal property. From what you say, you might have the legal right to possession and posisibly even ownership of the house and all the furnishings, but obviously there is more to the story than you could include in your brief question, and also obviously you are going to need some help to get what you are entitled to out of all of this.
