Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Filing a will with probate

My husband and I both have wills naming each other as sole beneficiary and all our assets are in joint names. He recently passed away. Do I need to see a lawyer to probate his will or can I just do nothing.

You seemed to have planned well. However, sometimes one asset situation changes after making a will. It may be worth the nominal fee to have an attorney look over your situation in detail, before deciding whether to probate your laste husband's will. You have my condolences.

Good Luck
