how can i find out if my grandmother has a will in probate in the state of Missouri?

Go to the Missouri Casenet site and you should be able to look up your granmother's estate by her name. If you have trouble getting onto the site, you can go to the Circuit Court house in the county where your grandmother lived, and they can assist you in searching their records..
