Fraudulent Executor of a Will

What can you do when you suspect the executor of a family members will has been stealing out of the trust fund?

If you have suspicions as to theft by a trustee. you can Petition the Court to order an accounting, IF you are an interested party. What entails beimg an interested party takes more to describe than there is room for here.

If you are not an interested party, you can alert someone who is an interested person or seek to act as next friend for an interested party who cannot seek redress themselves due to minority or other incapacity.

If you know of specific incidences of stealing from the trust. you can file a Police report, and/or seek to have the probate court appoint a successor trustee.
