A friend of mines truck had something break on it and he couldn't stop in a housing complex so he steered it towards the grass where no one was towards a brick building to get stopped and woman who was mad at him jumped in front of him and the corner of the bumper pinned her against the building and broke one side of her pelvic bone. After he got stopped he still couldn't shut it off or anything the police even had trouble getting it to shut off. She signed papers stating it was an accident and recieved a settlement check but he is on probation and will be off this march. When they searched his truck they found a pair of brass knuckles which have never been used is there any way he can get out of violating his probation?
