Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Grandmother's will

My grandmother passed away last month and we just received word that in her will, she left everthing to 3 of her children, and NOTHING to the other 3.

How can my mother get a copy of the will to see what it read, and what assets were left?

Re: Grandmother's will

Contact the Probate Court to see if the Will has been filed. If so, it is a public document and anyone can see it or obtain a copy. If not, you could file a suit to force whoever has the Will to produce it. If you need legal representation, you may call me for a free telephone consultation.
