Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
Do I have a right to grandpa estate.
My grandfather was going to leave every thing he owns to me, but he passed away before he could make out his will. The house is still in grandpa name and my mother, aunt, and uncle are fighting over it. Do I have any rights to get what was suppose to originally come to me.

Under the limited facts that you provided, it appears that the next of kin will get the entirety of your grandfather's estate, absent what is awarded to creditors. Also under the facts you described, you might possibly be a creditor of your grandfather's estate. But, that would require some special factual circumstances.
Before you choose how to act or not act, please consult with an attorney in the county where the estate could be properly opened.
