Guardianship
If a person becomes a temporary guardian of an adult in which the court will declare this person either competent or incompetent depending a trial by jury can the incompetent ever regain back their own guardianship?

Although it is rare, a person found incompetent or incapacitated, can petition to terminate the Guardianship or conservatorship. About the only time they are successful is where the reason for the loss of freedom was due to an injury, which they later recovered from.
