Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

I am one of two heirs. Will the remaining assets of my mother's estate be divided equally since there wasn't a will?

There are too few facts too litle information provided tio determine how your mother's estate will be dividied. If an estate has been opened, the a PR has been appointed to take care and distribute teh assets. That is the person to appraoch. If no esate has been opened, then perhaps you would like ot apply to be the PR and have an estate opened.
