Heirship determination
My husband died in testate this past January, however, my mother-in-law died two years prior and my husband did not transfer his name to any of the estate that was inheirited...her will is now null...I need to start a determination of heirship for my husband and/or my son and have not a clue as to how to do such. Can you tell me how or should I just wait until my attorney finally meets with me?

You have several complex issues going on. There are issues of two succeeding estates. It sounds like you have contacted an attorney. Good. Your issues are very fact specific, and I therefore can not tell you whether you have likelihood of success trying to file a determination of heirship Pro Se (on your own). I will guess that given the complexities of your matter, it seems to me that your would be better of having an attorney handle it, unless there is only one or two items to transfer, and their value is low.
