Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
My ex husband died in March this year. We have two children together in their early twenties. He had remarried and she was beneficiary on life insurance. She died this month just seven months after him. Her daughter now says all of this is hers. Is there anything my two children can do? Do they have any rights to anything?

Your children need to consult directly with a probate attorney. What their step sister said, does not comport with Missouri law.
