Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My husband and I divorced 10 yrs. ago but have been living together ever since. If he should die do I have any rights? This is in Missouri. Thank You

Since you are NOT his spouse your rights are no different that any other person on the street. He may deal with this in a will, Trust, or other instrument, or if you own property jointly the form of ownership will control what happens to his assets. There is no such thing as "common law" marriage in Missouri.
