Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My husband passed away November, 22, 2009. My stepson has removed a 16ft utility trailer, that has my name on the title. He took a 2004 Honda four wheeler with snow plow untitled. Was give a flat bed ford 1999 pickup truck with my spouses name only on the title. Can I get my merchandise back without getting a lawyer.

You may declare the Utility trailer and four wheeler stole and make out a police report. Beware, if your deceased husband's name was on the title, you may be a joint owner now with your stepson. Reporting the items stolen might be afalse report. You should consult an attorney directly to look at teh documentation and ask you questions specific to yrou situation before deciding how to act.
