Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My husbands father passed leaving his house to the siblings (my husband, brother and sister). His brother is going thru foreclosure on his house. How will this affect the money from the sale of the father's house ??

If yrou brother-in-law's lender getws deficiency judmgnte against him (house seels for less than he owed), they may be able to execute upon that man's interest in his father' s home. Probably the most they could get is his 1/3 interest in the house.
