InMissouri, in the settlement of an estate, is the child of a deceased heir entitled to their parents portion when the estate is settled?

Depending upon how the assets are being passed (by will or intestate), a surviving child can be entitled to a deceased parents share. But, a surviving spouse can be first. If you want an opinion on a particular estate, you should consult directly with an attorney in your area.
