Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

a judge in ray county, mo has ordered me to pay a relative $1000.00 a month for care and support of my father. no problem, this has been going on since july 2012. what does care and support entail?

It means that the person receiving the money will be responsible for providing food, clothing, shelter, and medical care (to an extent) for your father.
