Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
Want to leave money to grandson that he can only use for higher education. How do I do this?

You need to have a trust created that instructs the trustee to pay only for educational expenses. The you will need to put the money into the trust.

One way to do this would be to draw up a Last Will and Testament that includes a Trust. You would name a Trustee and provide specific instructions.
