Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

legal will

How do I make a legal will on my own without an attorney or forms? My will wouldn't be complicated at all and I don't see why I have to pay to have it prepared.

Re: legal will

I would suggest that you go to law school, pass the bar exam, study the statutes and case law relevant to Wills, and then write your own Will. Obviously, you do not understand why you need to have a professional advise you and draft this highly important legal document. If you insist upon doing it yourself, I can almost guarantee you that any Will you write will not be valid or enforceable in Court when your heirs need it the most. Hire an attorney.
