Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Legitamcy of Legal Documents Created on line

I've created a Power of Attorney for myself and fiance from an online service. I've followed the instruction given to make them official. In other words, had my signature notarized. Will these documents hold up in any court of law?

Also, my fiance uses the MS address on his license state of residence. We are completing his forms here in MO and have them notarized here. Does it matter about place of residence or where you have the documents notarized?

No competent attorney will tell you whether some forms are legally correct or not without reading them. Hire an attorney if you want to be sure that you have what you need.
