Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Am I liable for my late grandmothers burial expenses if her estate has not been settled yet?

I did sign the paperwork at the funeral home. The only asset in her estate is her home and we have had it listed with an agent.

It would probably be best to address this with the attorney handling her estate. Regardless, the person who signs the contract with the funeral home usually obligates themself personally unless they clearly do it in some sort of representative capacity.
