"Reading of the will" is a Hollywood term,. There is no such thing. In Missouri, the person that has the will submits or regiisters the will with teh probate court in teh cicuit where the decedent was domiciled, or had real property. At that point, it is pretty much a public document. Anyone coudl go to teh court and exaimne it, via the internet in some counties. If a family menber, hier ir creditor wants the will to be followed by the probate court, they will apply for letters testamentary. That starts the probate estate.
Good luck
