Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
Is a Missouri Will legitimate , if your legal residence is presently in Illinois and no longer in Missouri. The will has not been revoked.
I am asking about this for a friend who is seriously ill and is concerned about the legitimacy of her will.

If the Will was valid when made, then it should still be valid.

I agree with Mr. Nack -- to restate it a little differently, if a will is valid when executed, where executed, then it should be valid - period. If there is this much doubt have a lawyer look at it.
