How can my mom leave me things without a wiill? She wants to leave others things but she no will

There are several way sthat one might transfer property without probate. They can give it to you now. They can deed items to you, but reserve a life estate for themself. That means it belongs to you, but, they get to use it or stay in it until they die. As for vehicles, they can be changed so that they are "mom" tod "child" That means the vehiclel can be transferred to child with proof of Mom's demise. Bank accounts can be changed so that the chidl is also on teh accoutn or made to be "Mom" POD Child. That means that the accoutn is mom's, but whatever is left when she passes gets paid to child. There are logistics and tax advantages to doing things one way rather than another.
