Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
my mom recently passed away and on many of the insurance policies i was named the only beneficiary,it was not stated in the will that it should be split amongst my other siblings and there were other policies with all of us as beneficiaries.am i legally obligated to split the proceeds of the ones i was named as beneficiary?

No. Life insurance proceeds are paid directly to the beneficiary outside of any Probate proceedings and have nothing to do with the Will.
