Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Mother died in April if this year, funeral and headstone paid for. She has no property, but her car... credit cards unpaid...missouri law doesn't look at will.... do I need to go to probate court?

I am very sorry to hear about your Mother's passing. You have my condolences. If you want to get title to the car, it might be better to go through the probate court now, and risk the credit card company(ies) bringing a claim. . If you wait till next April, you'll have to go through the Probate court, but the creditors will be out of time.
