Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
My mother passes away recently, leaving in a trust all of her money, home and jewelry to her hairdresser. What legal rights do I have as her next of kin?

You may be able to attack the validity of the trust, if yur mother did not have the mental capacity to make such a trust appointment. If yu under 18 yrs old, you may be able to have the Probate Court of the county where your mother lived, take many of the items out of the trust for your benefit.
This is very general advice, based upon your general fact description. You should consult directly with an estate administratio or probate attorney in your area. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. Take what documents you have, and get some advice specific to the particular facts of your situation.
Good luck
