Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
My parents are elderly and live in Missouri. They want to put their home in a trust so that in case of sickness or death they want their house and assets to be protected from medicare. They have two grown children that they want to inherit their home.
Do I need the Missouri living trust forms for married couples with children? Or what exactly do I need?
