Payable on death and non-probate Transfer on death beneficiary deeds
My mother passed away last week. I am the only child, my father is dead. I am listed on her bank accounts as POD. When can I access my deceased mothers POD accounts, non-probate TOD beneficiary deed to her home/estate.

You have my condolences on the loss of your mother.
The bank might require you to bring in a death certificate in order to change any bank account over into your name. On the real property, it would be advisable to record an Affidavit of Death with the Recorder of Deeds I would suggest that you make an appointment to consult with an attorney at this time. An attorney should be able to assist you with these items and also go over everything else to be sure that everything that needs to be taken care of is taken care of properly and on time. Depending upon the amount of assets held in your Mother's name alone at the time of her death, it may be necessary to open a Probate Estate. An attorney may also give you some advice on your own estate planning needs. The modest cost of such a consultation will be more than worth the peace of mind you will gain knowing that everything is in order.
