Personal representative probate court

The personal representative hasnt filed one document annual settlement report and other things since she took charge of the estate 4 years ago what form can i file to get her into trouble ? Can i get her lawyer into trouble for legal malpractice?

Obviously, you need to hire an attorney to represent you. In fact, you should have done this years ago. Your attorney can advise you as to the proper course of action to protect your legal rights.
