probate court personal representative
what can you do if the personal rep. hasnt filed one document that the probate court request since the estate was open 4 years ago. didnt proceed to handle estate as per state of missouri revised statutes.what can i do?

If you are an interested party, as defined by the statutes, you can petition the Probate court to remove the PR in favor of another individual.
