Probate with no Will

My father recently passed away, he didnt make a will out so Im not sure how to handle the rest of his estate which would be his truck, safety deposit box etc. Is there a form I can fill out to get executorship?

What you will need to do will be determined by several factors. How were the things he owned titled? What is the value of all of those things? It may be necessary to file a Petition in the probate Court seeking a "Refusal of Letters", or it may be necessary to open a small estate. You should definitely consult with an attorney in the county where your father lived, or as near to it as possible.
