Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
I was put in my aunts trust 10 years ago. Since she quit driving 6 years ago, I have been helping quit a bit.once a week with errands and transportation . Lately she has been accusing me of ridiculous things. I fear she will change her trust and will. If so would I have any recourse? Frankly I helped her out mostly because I owed it to her.

It may tough, but if she no longer has her mental faculties, you might need to petition to become her guardian and conservator. If she is lucid, or the doctor didn't agree sith you, you'll lose. If you lose, she'll probably take you out of the will and trust. Your other option might be to make a contract with your aunt. You could agree to take care of her in exchange for keeping you in the will and trust.
