Revocable Trusts

If someone has a Revocable Trust established should they then change the ownership of their assets; cars, mutual funds, home, etc., to the trust? If so who should be the beneficary?

Did you have an attorney draft the Trust? If so, you need to talk with the attorney. If not, you need to hire an attorney to understand what you are doing. What good would a trust do if you do not transfer assets into it? Also, aren't the beneficiaries of the trust set out specifically in the trust instrument itself? Consult with an attorney.
