Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My sister and I have inherited a house and land from parents will. I have lived in house for last few years, she wants me buy her out but I cannot as on fixed income, now she is trying to force me to sale and move. I have no where to go and do not want sale, can she force me out of home? What options do I have?

There are several variables that can change an outcome. So, you should consult directly with a probate attorney in your area, to get advice specific to your case. Generally, a person on a position like yours could; move, borrow to buy out the sisters interest, or enter into a lease to pay sister one half fair market rent to sister.
