my sisters are cutting me out of a will. What can I do to collect?

Your questions needs to be much more detailed. I'm assuming the will has been probated. What roles do your sisters play? Have they been appointed by the Court? Have you discussed this with the attorney who is handling this? How are they "cutting you out"?
My presumption from your question, however, is that there is no probate. In a probate administration it is very difficult, if not impossible, to do anything other than that which is called for in the Will.
