Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
My Step Aunt passed away and ask that her home be turned into an orphange or turned over to the state. Will her executor have to carry out those wishes?

That is very difficult to answer without a lot more information. Did she just tell someone that she wanted this to happen, or did she expressly state this in a will? If it was just an oral request, and there was no will the laws of descent and distribution will be followed according to the law of the state in which she resided. If there was a will, then in all likelihood the terms of the will must control
