How can I sue a bank that won't grant your request. leslyn

There is simply no way to answer this without a lot more information. Why do you want to sue the bank? What is the request? Why do you think their failure to meet your request gives you a right to sue? What is your relationship to the bank? Has the bank told you why they won't meet your request? What are the results of the lawsuit that you desire?
There may be more questions depending on your answers, but this will get you started.
