Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

I have been sued by the trustee of my fathers trust...the trustee is my stepmother. Dad passed away 12-31-2012. I received a copy of the trust 04-2013. My stepmother is saying that my biological brother and I are getting more than was planned and that the trust attorney made a scriveners error. The lawyer admits this is true although this was made in 6-2005 and when they reexamined the trust in 2011 and the account numbers that he supposedly incorrectly listed in 2005.. And that we're different account number due to changing brokerage firm...the trust attorney repeated the scrivener error. I was served this week 12-2013 and I find the the trust document that came with the summons has different language than the trust the attorney sent to me in 04-2013.. I feel something is seriously wrong. Stepmother signed under oath the lawsuit. What can I do to protect the trust,,since there are different versions how do we decide which is correct?

.And can I sue the trust attorney in my dad's name for malpractice?

If the amount of money involved justifies the expense, you should hire an attorney to represent you. I would need more information, and conduct some legal research in order to answer your question about sueing the attorney.
