I am needing to know if I can be removed from a trust and my son also, because it is being controlled by someone that we dont want to control our inheritance.

You have not really provided ay information upon which an attorney can give you an answer to your question. Who's trust is it? Who is the trustee? What is your stutus under the trust? I would suggest that you should consider paying an attorney for a consultation and perhaps also to look into this matter and advise you concerning your rights, duties, and options.
