Uncle Died No Will

My uncle passed away, no will, one brother,one sister and father is still living. Who gets his estate? Who pays for the funeral? Will this go into probate? Who pays for all his bills?

Your uncle's estate will have to pass through intestacy, which is the statutory default for passing property after death. The process will have to go through court like a will would have. Your uncle's debts will be covered by his estate first, then anything left over would be given to his heirs, who will have to be determined by the court.

The best thing to do at this point is have the family consult a local probate attorney to adivise them on their specific options.
