Uncle left no will

My uncle died in 06 and left no will he has 2 sisters one of which has been missing since Jan 2005 as is presumed dead I am a conservator for her estate until the 5 year statue of limitations runs out and she is declared dead by a court can I claim 50% of his estate for the missing sister as she would be next of kin with her sister if she where here

If you are the conservator of your missing aunt's estate then you must have an attorney advising you. If so, you should ask your attorney for advice. If you brought this problem to me, I would ask you for a retainer fee and then I would conduct legal research before I could provide you with a specific answer. Perhaps there are other attorneys who volunteer their time on this site who can answer this question more directly.
