Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

i have a vaid will from my step dad, my mom said it was changed;but i have never seen the new one.the will was never filed in probate.his lawyer said he never had it.it has been almost 3 years.

If it has been 3 years, it doesn't matter. A will in Missouri must be offerred for probate within one year from the date of death.
