Validity of a will
An italian citizen emigrated into the us and was naturalized american citizen. He did his will on 2/12/1929 leaving all his properties to a nice who still lives in italy. He died many years ago. His niece found the will about 10 years ago and only now she would like to claim her inheritace. Is it still possible?
